Bright with a youthful green and yellow hue. On the nose is tropical at first with fresher herbaceous, floral and savoury aromas of fresh pastry coming through, making it a very complex on nose. Smooth and sumptuous on the palate with fresh acidity and full bodied.
Best serve between 8 and 12 ºC. Perfect with fish, seafood and smoked dishes. Soft cheese, soups or creams.
