All meats expertly cut and vacuum packed to preserve freshness. Best used within six weeks of receiving, but will keep for up to six months. The jamón Serrano (3x 100 grams) comes from domesticated white pigs. It is slightly saltier than Iberian pork, but the pork that makes this ham is of such high quality, it is often mistaken for Iberian ham. Animals are fed an all-vegetarian diet. The packs are easy to open with convenient dividers making their transfer on to a serving plate or tapa that much easier.
