2x Uvachula Crianza, Rioja. This tempranillo that has been aged in neutral and some new oak for 12 months before bottling. You'll find ripe black berries, chocolate, vanilla, mocha and toasty aromas on the nose and palate. Producer is known for a pronounced intensity of very ripe, though not entirely jammy, fruit notes on the wide palate. Serve at 16ºC.

2x Marino Cepeda Verdejo. Bright yellow color with greenish reflections. Elegant, fresh and of great intensity of fruit, citrics and balsamic notes. The palate is broad, sweet and refreshing. Ideal to pair with all types of baked fish and fish, as well as shellfish and fresh cheese. Service temperature: From 8 to 10 ºC.

2x Hermelo Prosecco Doc Treviso Extra Dry. The wine pours a bright straw yellow colour, with some greenish hints; the nose is pleasant and fruity, with good intensity. It has a fresh flavour, and on the palate the wine is pleasant and harmonious. Serving suggestion: An ideal aperitif wine, it goes well with appetizers, white meats and fish. Serving temperature: 7-9°C.

1x Hand-Carved Iberian Ham. The 100g packs are cut by a specialist TO ORDER and vacuum packed immediately. They come whole from our curing facilities and are hand cut and delivered to your door in less than a week. Obtained from the back legs of our Iberian pigs. The pigs free range from October until February eating the acorns and autumn fruits that nature provides. Bellota hams are prized both for their smooth texture and rich, savory taste. A good Iberian ham has regular flecks of intramuscular fat (marbling). Because of the pig's diet, much of the fat is oleic acid, a monounsaturated fatty acid that has been shown to lower LDL cholestrol and raise HDL cholesterol. The hams are processed following the traditional methods that have been used for generations by the Master Ham makers in Salamanca and then dry cured for at least four years.

1x Sliced Ibérico Lomo. Iberian lomo is one of the most valued and tastiest pieces. It is made from the tenderloin of Iberian pigs that had a free-range diet feeding themselves on roots, shoots and acorns (bellotas) that they find abundantly in autumn. It is seasoned with salt, authentic Spanish paprika and garlic before it is inserted into a natural casing, then cured in a controlled environment. The marbled effect that you will notice on every slice is what makes the lomo so distinctive giving it that delicate aroma and fantastic flavor. Vacuum-packed to preserve their aroma and perfectly unique flavor. Direct from Spain Best enjoy at room temperature.

1x Chorizo Ibérico Piece. This Ibérico chorizo is a traditional artisanal product whose recipe has not changed in 500 years. Made from the best selections of Ibérico meats from our free-range pigs and seasoned using only natural spices such as salt, garlic and authentic Spanish paprika.

1x Manchego Cheese Don Julián. Intense aroma, hard texture, deep ivory color and small, irregular eyelets. This is a Spanish cured cheese. Aged 12 months. Store in the refrigerator and consume at room temperature. Best Before: at least 3 months from reception.
