Cherry red colour with purple rim. On the nose the fruit is mature, red compote fruit with hints of liquorice. On the palate is it well balanced, balanced acidity with gentle tannins. Long finish.

Content 1 | When they decided to lay the first stone of their project, over twenty years ago, the surroundings and the weight of tradition marked each step they took. The preceding generation had already contributed to the birth of their dream. |

Content 2 | The harvest took place during the first half of October when the controls of maturation indicated to us the correct moment. Elaborated with destalked grapes and a fermentation which lasts up to 21 days. There are 3 rackings a day until half way through the fermentation, thereafter there are 2. The wine underwent the malolactic fermentation and was aged in American oak barrels for 6 months. After a months aging in the bottle the tannins are smoother. |
